We are now an
Adults (45+) only RV Park. At least one person in the party must be 45 years
of age or older. All members of the party must be 21 years of age or
older.

** Daily rate includes 15kWh of electricity for regular spaces and 20 kWh of electricity for jumbo spaces. This is more than enough electricity for 99% of our guests. Usage in excess of these amounts may result in extra charges. |

Electricity is metered and charged by usage for Weekly and Monthly rentals. |

$3.00 per day additional charge for each person in excess of two. Four persons maximum per space. A separate policy is available regarding Extra Persons and Additional Vehicles. |

All spaces have electricity, water, sewer and Wireless Internet Access. |

Cable TV provided from May 1 through September 30. |

Seasonal Rentals: A discount is available for monthly renters staying three months or more. |

|
RESERVATION POLICIES All reservations are GUARANTEED. This means that about one week before your scheduled arrival, we may charge your Credit Card for the amount of the stay. Reservations are cancellable without charge up to one week before the arrival date. If you are unable to keep your reservation, for whatever reason during the week before your arrival date, we will issue you a Gift Certificate usable by you within 24 months. If you do not guarantee the reservation, spaces will be given out on a first come - first serve basis, with reservations preferred. If you fail to arrive for your reservation without any notification, you will forfeit the amount that we charged you. Minimum two nights stay for any reservation that includes dates from June 1 through September 10.
